Rejecting diversity initiatives hurts google's share prices

Inclusion and diversity are essential for optimal organisational performance. When leadership is not on board, not only does staff engagement and loyalty suffer, so does public confidence and even share prices.  Google recently discovered this when their shareholders rejected diversity initiatives put forward by their employees:
